Chasing Charlie: A Force Recon Marine in Vietnam  By Richard FLEMING  McFarland & Co.

                   You Amazon fans can find Chasing Charlie   H E R E  or  on Fleming's site H E R E

Be aware this is NOT a strict memoir, Fleming was trying to convey the “feel” of the war from an enlisted man’s perspective. Although the stories were based on actual events,
the author blended some patrols and events together and added a little fiction here and there (ie. "Sgt. Tom was killed" - but in fact I am here today - Fleming replaced the Marine's name
from an actual event with my name). Knowing this going into the book, for those of you that were there, will save you time in saying "that doesn't sound right".  Sgt. "Tom" Thompson
